expected to
contribute to the

of the watersheds in
the Eastern Africa
region within the
context of water
sector and energy
sector reforms as
well as enhance the
co-operation between
the different
actors. Masters and
PhD students and
their supervisors
are encouraged to
present their
research findings. A
field excursion to
an interesting site
will show aspects of
forest management,
energy and
sanitation.
Interested
participants should
submit abstracts on
integrated watershed
management,
sustainable
livelihoods in
watersheds, climate
change and
integrated
sanitation
management.
